WARRANTY & REPAIR

We guarantee our products 24-month¹ warranty period.
All batteries carry a 6-month warranty period.
Post-warranty repair service for products is not provided.
¹Additional agreement for an extended warranty period can be agreed upon separately.
If a product stops operating within this specific warranty time, the product can be:

repaired;
-
replaced with a new product;
-
replaced with an equivalent repaired product fulfilling the same functionality;
-
replaced with a different product fulfilling the same functionality in case of EOL for the original product.

Customers are only allowed to return devices as a result of the product being defective, due to order assembly or manufacturing fault
-
Products are intended to be used by personnel with training and experience
-
Warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, catastrophes, improper maintenance, or inadequate installation – not following operating instructions (including failure to heed warnings) or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used.

The warranty is not applied to any Devices that are returned more than thirty (30) days after the expiration of the warranty period

The warranty is not applied to any consequential damage

Warranty is not applicable for supplementary device equipment (i. e. PSU, power cables, antennas) unless the accessory is defective on arrival.

The warranty is not applicable for the products with components acquired from not authorized manufacturers or distributors

The warranty is not applicable for the product if a malfunction or any type of failure is caused by a component that has been supplied by the customer

Customers might be charged for technical analysis of returned products in case there are no warranty conditions confirmed during the inspection

Warranty may not be applicable if the cause is damaged package and about that fact was not claimed in forwarder transportation documents upon arrival

For the repair of the faulty product customer is requested to provide: Filled in RMA form; Functional Testing Tool (Testboard) for the unit if Functional Testing was not included in the manufacturing process before shipment;

Report with detailed fault description – Quality Control Report (QCR), Testing Log descriptions, testing algorithms, and repair instructions if applicable

PACKAGING

Products must be properly packed (preferably in the original box). Customer will take full responsibility for properly packaging the products when returning them to us.

Include only the devices without any accessories.

Please print the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form and send it back alongside with devices.

Make sure to mark returning boxes with the RMA number to be visible on the outside of the box.
SHIPPING

Warranty products should be sent to the address that is on the RMA form. In case of any concerns regarding the shipping address, please contact your key account manager.

Clients themselves are responsible for paying the shipment costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not take any responsibility if the devices were not received at the address provided on the form due to loss or stealing during transportation.
